Overall Rationale: Human poll based on my previous weeks' poll and whatever AP prediction I can find Saturday night. I take those rankings and improve on them based on overall vibes and deserving-ness

1 Oregon Ducks +0 Still the undisputed #1 team.
2 Ohio State Buckeyes +1 Dominated Indiana.
3 Notre Dame Fighting Irish +3 Killed Army. Very un-American of them. As much as I hate to, they are a very good team. The team that lost to NIU is gone.
4 Penn State Nittany Lions +0 Would've been #3, but really struggled against Minnesota. So they just stay where they were.
5 Texas Longhorns +0 Same deal as Penn State. They survived the Vanderbilt test, so they stay where they are. A&M will be a fun game.
6 SMU Mustangs +1 Still think they are the better team over Miami. Handled Virginia well this week.
7 Miami Hurricanes +1 Did well enough against Wake Forest. Still behind SMU.
8 Indiana Hoosiers -6 Lost to Ohio State, badly. Still a 1 loss B1G team, and they are not going to be behind a 2 loss SEC team in this poll.
9 Georgia Bulldogs +2 Thanks to BYU and Army, Georgia and Tennessee move up. Not much to say.
10 Tennessee Volunteers +2 Same deal as Georgia.
11 Boise State Broncos +2 Once again actually, same deal as the above teams. Though they did struggle against Wyoming.
12 Clemson Tigers +6 Finally a team that isn't jumping because of just BYU and Army...they're jumping because of even more teams losing.
13 Arizona State Sun Devils +8 Jumping 6 spots for the same reason as Clemson. I reevaluated where I had Tulane last week and decided to move Iowa State and Arizona State past them, giving them the extra jump while Tulane stays behind. With the win against BYU, I definitely now feel as though Arizona State is the better team against Iowa State.
14 Iowa State Cyclones +6 Same deal as Arizona State. An ugly win against Utah though makes Arizona State the clear favorite.
15 BYU Cougars -6 Lost to Arizona State and became a 2 losser. Not much else to say.
16 Army West Point -6 Lost extremely badly against an increasingly good Notre Dame team. Still a 1 loss team with a stellar year up until now though.
17 Tulane Green Wave +3 Had a bye week, but I'm still ranking them above the 3 los(s)ers from the SEC.
18 Ole Miss Rebels -4 Despite losing to Florida, they're still the best of this group of SEC teams. Not making the playoffs though.
19 South Carolina Gamecocks +6 Their only losses came from LSU and Ole Miss. Not bad. I can't treat them as a 2 loss team because sadly they do technically have a 3rd loss. However, in the realm of 3 loss SEC teams, I'm counting that Alabama game as a SCAR win. So they go above them.
20 Colorado Buffaloes -4 Bad week for the Buffs. Probably should've dropped them more, but Kansas has some voodoo going on currently.
21 Alabama Crimson Tide -6 This team is very bad.
22 Memphis Tigers +1 I still like Memphis. Think they're a bit better than UNLV so they swapped.
23 UNLV Rebels -1 Swapped places with Memphis.
24 Illinois Fighting Illini +1 Struggled against Rutgers but A&M dropped out. So they stay in here.
25 Kansas State Wildcats +UNR I almost left A&M in at #25. I can't excuse a loss to this year's Auburn though. So I put the best unranked 3 loss P4 team I could come up with here instead.
