Overall Rationale: My poll is an aggregate of existing team rating algorithms with the best accuracy (including Sagarin, Dokter Entropy, PiRate, etc.) which are normalized and used to calculate a weighted aggregate rating. This is further adjusted by net win-loss and exponentially by total losses to better reward actual team performance. Head-to-head losses are NOT incorporated beyond how they impact original rating algorithms.
