1 Oregon Ducks LW: 1. Rough win over Wisconsin but still 2 top 15 wins and now 3 ranked wins. Easy pick for number 1. Win out and guaranteed the 1 seed
2 Ohio State Buckeyes LW: 2. Road win over Penn State. Best loss in the country. Can't move up until B10 Championship where they would beat Oregon. Playoff lock
3 Indiana Hoosiers LW: 4. Undefeated. Biggest test of the season next against tOSU. Haven't beaten anyone but they're undefeated so they're at 3. Chance to plummit should they get whooped by Ohio State, but have dominated their other games
4 Georgia Bulldogs LW: 11. Quality 3 wins. Crushed Texas on the road so ahead of them. SEC 4some becomes a rock paper scissors game so there's no clear pecking order. Win over Tennessee allows UGA to jump the teams they lost to due to having better wins and then jumping Texas due to H2H. Before it was Tennessee>Bama> UGA And Ole Miss> UGA. Now it's Tennesse>Bama>UGA>Tennessee... so it becomes more flexible.
5 Alabama Crimson Tide LW: 7. Notre Dame's wins look worse now so Bama jumps them despite more losses. Win over UGA looks great and both their losses came by 1 score on the road. Just beat Auburn and they should get in
6 Penn State Nittany Lions LW: 9. Penn State jumps Texas due to having both a better win (Illinois) and a better loss (Losing to tOSU by 7). They have 1 more ranked win than Texas
7 Texas Longhorns LW: 8. UGA and Penn State jump them. They still haven't beaten anybody and got crushed in their loss at home. Overrated due to name and conference bias. Game at A&M is their real test.
8 Notre Dame Fighting Irish LW: 6. Wins look worse so they move down. They're down to 1 ranked win and a terrible loss at home to an okay MAC team. Still beat good A&M team on the road. Win out and will get in
9 Ole Miss Rebels LW: 10. Bad loss to Kentucky is carrying weight now, but their win over Georgia keeps them up here. 2 unranked losses now doesn't look good. They get cupcakes left. They should be in.
10 BYU Cougars LW: 3. It's mormover. The BYU propaganda tour is over. Bad loss to alright Kansas team. Still have multiple ranked wins so they get cushioned by SMU. Resume is still great but they will continue to be underranked.
11 Tennessee Volunteers LW: 5. Arkansas isn't a good loss. It's just not. They beat Bama which is great but they still have two losses and the worst qualiry wins of the SEC 4some. They are the SEC team on the outs right now.
12 SMU Mustangs LW: 12. No longer any ranked wins but 2 good wins. Still destroyed Pitt. Should be the #1 ACC team. Win out and get into the playoffs. Coming off a not amazing but still multiscore win over Boston College
13 Boise State Broncos LW: 13. Jeanty deserves the Heisman.
14 Texas A&M Aggies LW: 14. Easy win over NMSt. Losses to 2 good teams. If they beat Texas, they deserve to get in. Win out and they'll be in the playoffs
15 Miami Hurricanes LW: 15. On bye. Still not great wins, as in wayy too close, and bad loss to GA Tech. Win out and they'll get in I think.
16 Colorado Buffaloes LW: 22. Statpadding Hunter for the Heisman race is smart. None the less they're extremely hot right now. Loss to Nebraska looks worse and worse but loss by 1 score @ KSU is excusable. Hunter's gonna win the Heisman even though Jeanty should win imo. Win out and they'll get in.
17 Arizona State Sun Devils LW: UR. Quality win @ KState. Losses to Cincy and Texas Tech on the Road, Tech by 1 score. They face BYU this week in what might essentially a Big 12 semi-finals.
18 Army West Point LW: 18. They've still beaten only actively bad teams. They need a win vs Notre Dame if they want to get in. Undefeated but their schedule has been so attrocious I'm not gonna look into it that much.
19 South Carolina Gamecocks LW: 19. I've been on the Gamecock hype train since early in the season when they got refballed out of a win over LSU. They would be top 12 without it. Ranked losses, win over A&M looks great.
20 Iowa State Cyclones LW: 24. BAck on track with a nice win this weekend. Kansas loss looks a little better after they Kansas' win over BYU. They have lots of comfortable wins, but nothing special.
21 Clemson Tigers LW: 23. CONGLATURATION CLEMSON! YOU BEAT A TEAM WITH A PULSE! I'M SO PROUD OF YOU. Louisville loss looks worse. I think South Carolina is gonna beat them, to be honest.
22 Kansas State Wildcats lW: 16. 3 losses but beat Tulane on the road. 2 ranked losses, AND 2 ranked wins. Not as good as we thought but they're still alright, and their resume is good for 2nd best 3 loss.
23 Tulane Green Wave LW: 25 Loss to KState caps them. Crushed Navy in all facets so that looks great. Might be the best G5 team right now. Only losses is P4 teams
24 UNLV Rebels LW: UR. UNLV is good. 2 1 posession losses. Look so much better with new QB. It's unfortunate Colorado State's easy schedule will bring them to the CCG over the Runnin Rebels.
25 Illinois Fighting Illini LW: UR. 2 ranked losses. Solid wins over Michigan and @ Nebraska. They're solid. I wanted to put Montana State here so they get an HM at least
