Overall Rationale: reformatting poll to better align with how CFP polls are judged, 4 tiers of 6 teams and then 25th.

1 Oregon Ducks duh.
2 Georgia Bulldogs very beatable, but so is every other team below them. Truthfully didn't want 2 B1G teams at the top.
3 Ohio State Buckeyes good big win over Penn St, but still worse than UGA until proven otherwise.
4 Miami Hurricanes win over Duke in semi-convincing fashion did them a lot of favors for me, I think they're properly worthy of the spot now.
5 Texas Longhorns damn good team with one nagging loss to UGA, can't have them any lower.
6 Penn State Nittany Lions last team in the "tier 1" which IMO feels correct. all of these top 6 I can see winning the natty, everyone below would be a surprise.
7 Tennessee Volunteers Beating bama is hard carrying their season, and I still don't know how good of a win that is, very subject to change.
8 BYU Cougars Undefeated. nuff said.
9 Indiana Hoosiers Undefeated. nuff said. will add that BYU is above them purely for having beat ranked KState while Indiana has no such opponent yet.
10 Boise State Broncos If your only loss is to the #1 team in the nation with all of your other wins being pretty damn convincing, you can be ranked top 10, I do not care.
11 Notre Dame Fighting Irish If your only loss is to a NIU team that isn't even winning their MAC games, you do not deserve to be ranked top 10, I do not care.
12 Alabama Crimson Tide A frustrating team with some bad losses being held up by a fantastic win over UGA, feels correct to have them in this Tier 2, but they're last in this category.
13 LSU Tigers From here on out it's mostly vibes, no one here feels like a real contender atm, but are amazing seasons nonetheless and deserve their recognition.
14 SMU Mustangs very convincing win over Pitt gives them an argument for being in tier 2, but I'm not quite willing to do that yet, in due time.
15 Ole Miss Rebels all of their wins are fairly dominant, and I'll give them credit that their losses are (to me) respectable, there's just 2 of them, and one of them is LSU, so they're down here.
16 Clemson Tigers If they handled Louisville then they'd be easily in the top 10, but you got whooped, you live in tier 3 until further notice.
17 Texas A&M Aggies same song as Clemson, argument for them to be above since the win over ND is better than what Clemson has, my gut says otherwise, idk.
18 Iowa State Cyclones Looked very shaky for weeks but kept pulling out the W, karma finally struck back, I'll give them the last spot in Tier 3 out of respect but I don't think they end the season with just one loss.
19 Army West Point Tell your kids about undefeated Army, I will.
20 Washington State Cougars Army and below is a bit of the "outcast" tier, there's plenty of arguments for them to be higher, but I just cant quite do it.
21 Pittsburgh Panthers Odd duck, getting pounded by SMU has me very confused on them. Still a 1 loss team, they can quickly rebound with the parity this season.
22 Colorado Buffaloes Prime is now somewhat soundly in the running for a XII Championship appearance, proving a fool out of me. Above KState despite the loss because losing @Nebraksa is better than losing @Houston.
23 Louisville Cardinals Dub over top 10 team = ranked
24 South Carolina Gamecocks Dub over top 10 team = ranked
25 Kansas State Wildcats This is entirely my bias, this spot could very easily go to Vandy or a bunch of other options, but KState is my fav team, and I want them to stay ranked :)
