Overall Rationale: Win! Win! Win! (mostly). Undefeated first, then one-loss teams, then two-loss teams. However, due to Liberty losing to a winless team, I can't in any conscience rank them at all. And Navy getting rooked by Notre Dame drops them below LSU and Bama.
