Overall Rationale: Although this algorithm only uses wins and losses, values given are converted to a projected point spread vs. an average FBS team. First 5 out are Marshall, James Madison, Florida, UNLV, and Tulane. Bottom 10 (best to worst) are Troy, MTSU, Southern Miss, Kent State, NMSU, UMass, UTEP, Wyoming, Kennesaw State, and Air Force. I think my algo is still too low on the SEC, but it's a hell of a lot better than it was earlier in the season.
