Overall Rationale: I try to rank based mostly off performance, with light weighting put into team talent/preseason expectations. As the season goes on, preseason expectations for a team will be considered less and less. I do not take into account injuries

1 Oregon Ducks Oregon dominates this week to solidify their #1 spot
2 Penn State Nittany Lions Penn state looked okay this week, they will stay at #2
3 Georgia Bulldogs BYE
4 Miami Hurricanes Miami looked fine agaist a weak FSU squad. They don't move from last week
5 Ohio State Buckeyes Ohio St survives against a decent Nebraska team. I still think they look better than Texas so they stay at 5.
6 Indiana Hoosiers Indiana with another big win and stays undefeated. I will leap frog them all the way to 6. They look like a contender.
7 Iowa State Cyclones BYE
8 Texas Longhorns I've moved Texas back a few spots after barely surviving Vandy. Looking at their resume, they do not have any big wins compared to teams in front of them
9 Clemson Tigers BYE
10 BYU Cougars BYU survives. I move them up to 10 as their are undefeated
11 Notre Dame Fighting Irish A big win over Navy, they move up 2 spots
12 Texas A&M Aggies A big win over LSU moves up TAMU 2 spots. They stay behind ND, their only loss
13 Tennessee Volunteers Tenn loses the bye week moving back. BYU moved ahead for being an undefeated P4, and ND and TAMU just look better than Tenn at the moment
14 Pittsburgh Panthers Pitt has the weakest schedule of the P4 undefeated teams, so I have them here, moved up 2 spots.
15 Alabama Crimson Tide Bama destroys Missouri, but there isn't much going on in front of them to move up
16 Boise State Broncos Boise State barely escapes against a decent UNLV team
17 SMU Mustangs SMU wins by 1 against Duke
18 Kansas State Wildcats K state survives the rivalry game against KU who is better than their record
19 LSU Tigers LSU moves back to 19 with the loss to TAMU
20 Army West Point Army stays undefeated
21 Washington State Cougars WSU moves up after a narrow win
22 Ole Miss Rebels Ole Miss gets an okay win against a struggling OU squad
23 Colorado Buffaloes Colorado enters the top 25 with a decent resume.
24 Illinois Fighting Illini Despite a big loss to Oregon, Illinois stays in the top 25
25 Missouri Tigers I really want to drop Missouri, but no one seems to deserve this #25 spot. I also considered Navy, Louisiana, Memphis, and all 2 loss P4 teams.
