Overall Rationale: A purely competitive poll that ranks teams 1-134 based solely on where their opponents was ranked when the played. Bonus points are awarded for away wins and resounding victories. Polls early and mid-season look wonky, but it should fix itself as the season continues.

2	BYU Cougars	428 points. Prev rank 2. Handles business and early win against KSU and SMU age well.
3	Georgia Bulldogs	355 points. Prev rank 3.
4	Kansas State Wildcats	354 points. Prev rank 4. Early Tulane and Colorado win looks great now. BYU loss continues to be understandable.
5	Boise State Broncos	335 points. Prev rank 9. Great win on the road versus good UNLV team. Only loss is still to #1 Oregon.
6	LSU Tigers	281 points. Prev rank 5. The computer still favors LSU even after multiple losses. I would drop them below #10 if this were a human poll.

15	Pittsburgh Panthers	219 points. Prev rank 28. Win against Syracuse was their most impressive performance of the season according to the computer.
16	Miami Hurricanes	218 points. Prev rank 10. Unfortunately for Miami their opponents this year have not been all that great. Computer is not awarding points for their poor competition.
17	Notre Dame Fighting Irish	216 points. Prev rank 24. Notre Dame continues to climb after their early season slip up.
