2 Penn State Nittany Lions That Wisconsin team sure is annoying to root for.
3 Indiana Hoosiers Indiana is having an unbelievable season, keep it up and stay up in the rankings.
4 BYU Cougars The XII has looked fairly good to me this year, although perhaps cannibalizing itself a little too much.
5 Iowa State Cyclones Kansas State game should sure be fun.
6 Army West Point And then there was one.
7 Pittsburgh Panthers Beating a good Syracuse team soundly is enough to keep Pitt above Miami.
8 Miami Hurricanes Miami is slowly regaining my trust, but I haven't forgotten about VT and Cal just yet!
9 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Wow. Navy, a team I still think is decent, got smoked.
10 Texas A&M Aggies As we all expected, the SEC's #1 representative this year is A&M.

12 Georgia Bulldogs Bye week leaves Georgia stagnant.
13 Kansas State Wildcats And a close unimpressive win leaves Georgia stagnant too.
14 Boise State Broncos Nice win, the Broncos move up one.
15 Tennessee Volunteers As does Tennessee.
16 SMU Mustangs As does SMU.
17 Texas Longhorns Texas is trying to make it back up to the top tier of CFB, time will only tell if they can.

20 Clemson Tigers Clemson, after a rough first game, is quickly regaining poll positioning.
