1 Texas Longhorns Handled business with a still not 100% Quinn Ewers against a really good OU defense with little issue.
2 Oregon Ducks 4D chess whether planned or not won them the game. A very good team and such a close win over the same tier opponent in the B1G
3 Penn State Nittany Lions I can't punish them for an OT win. They still won. There have been a lot of hiccups in several games and some inconsistences that could really end up hurting this team down the stretch with harder games like Ohio State coming up.
4 Ohio State Buckeyes Only dropped because Penn State is undefeated still and compared to my rankings last week. Great team still probably the best team in the B1G
5 Miami Hurricanes Bye Week
6 BYU Cougars Handled business again as expected and is undefeated
7 Iowa State Cyclones Won a trap game and has been handling business deserves to move up after other teams struggled.
8 Alabama Crimson Tide Dropped due to poor performance to SC which I do think is a good team but, after a loss to a better Vandy team then people give credit too. The defense is just trying to give games up for them. Offense also struggled this week.
9 Georgia Bulldogs Dropped due to poor performance to MS State. MS State looks to be improving since the beginning of the season but, a 1-4 to team and got close.
10 Boise State Broncos If it wasn't for the closeish struggle game to an okay Hawai'i team they would have jumped Alabama and Georgia.
11 Clemson Tigers Ever since they lost to Georgia this team has been destroying other teams. It will be interesting to see if they continue
12 Texas A&M Aggies BYE. Jumped other teams for various reasons. Above Notre Dame due to better quality wins although Mizzou is gone so is the loss to the NIU team for ND.
13 Kansas State Wildcats Although they beat Colorado which seems better than they have been. This was close to going the other way and their beat down from BYU
14 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Handled business easy schedule.
15 Vanderbilt Commodores Swaggerbilt beat the great defense that destroyed Ole Miss at home and nearly upset Georgia if they didn't go conservative on a play.
16 Tennessee Volunteers Almost lost a second week in a row on an Florida team that is getting things sort of together. Had an easier schedule then everyone will agree on to start the season offense is young behind Nico so young issues continue.
17 LSU Tigers Beat a poorly coached Ole Miss team
18 Indiana Hoosiers Undefeated and putting up points
19 Arizona State Sun Devils Cam Skattebo and the OL are menances to society. Quality wins
20 Navy Midshipmen Undefeated service academy and has not struggled
21 Army West Point Undefeated service academy and has not struggled
22 Illinois Fighting Illini They let purdue hang around and schedule is about to get harder
23 Kentucky Wildcats Offense just could not get it done against swaggerbilt
24 Ole Miss Rebels OC, RB coach, and OL coach should be fired. Dart needs to learn full reads instead of a single read. You will not win games doing QB designed runs up the middle or running up the middle on 3rd and long. Criminal use some amazing talent being wasted like Bentley, Preiskorn, and Watkins. Team could lose so many more games if this undisciplined poorly coached offense can not get it together. Also Canady..... talk to Amos learn to cover
25 SMU Mustangs BYE just dropped for other teams
