Overall Rationale: Try to match efficiency metrics with quality of wins and losses. Basically an objective ranking, with an eye test tweak. Most of the deviation from metrics at this point is actually at the top, as I think that the 1-2 loss team resumes generally match their efficiency numbers. Surprisingly low number of ranked teams lost. Hard to place alabama as vandy might be better than expected but their win was also very poor. Tennessee likewise, near wins at home vs. unranked teams aren't exactly confidence-inspiring. Dropped out: Oklahoma (22, loss, strength of loss to Tennessee is questionable), Arkansas (24, attrition, couple 1 loss teams felt more deserving), USC (25, loss). New this week: Washington State (23), Texas Tech (24), Army (25). Next few out, roughly in order: Iowa, Arkansas, Arizona State, Wisconsin, Michigan, Vanderbilt, Illinois, Navy, Syracuse, Memphis
