Overall Rationale: Primarily based off record and win quality, with previous/preseason team ranking, conference, and loss quality also minor factors. For conferences, I tend to favor teams in the P5 heavily, with the order in which I currently have the conferences ranked being as follows: B1G, XII, SEC, ACC, PAC, MWC, American, SBC, CUSA(Unranked Conferences on the year not included in these rankings yet)

1 Oregon Ducks A statement victory over Ohio State can't be ignored. Ducks are #1.
2 Texas Longhorns Second ranked team also benefits from their win over an opponent I personally didn't have ranked. Good win nonetheless.
3 Penn State Nittany Lions Wow, Penn State, that was a close one! Real B1G fans were watching Purdue-Illinois on another device during the game(and that game is why Illinois is no longer ranked, by the way). Nothing against the Nittany Lions, just didn't have a great performance when the two teams behind them did.
4 BYU Cougars BYU had a great win over an Arizona team I give a lot of credit to, and it results in the Cougars having a nice jump in the polls.
5 Iowa State Cyclones Congrats on beating WVU, although that game didn't need to be that close, which is why Iowa State falls to #5.
6 Indiana Hoosiers Indiana simply the victim of the bye week, but they'll have many opportunities to climb back up the rankings.
7 Army West Point Great win over UAB puts Army over Navy. I could see this one in the AAC Championship, Army-Navy Game, and the National Championship!
8 Navy Midshipmen Victim of the bye.
9 Pittsburgh Panthers Y'all better thank the gods Coe is ass.
10 Liberty Flames Finally playing games again, the flames are.
11 Miami Hurricanes I hate that Miami is still undefeated, but they are, so my own rules say they'll be automatically in the top 11.
12 Ohio State Buckeyes Tough game causes the Buckeyes to plummet, allowing a lot of other teams to skyrocket.
13 Arizona State Sun Devils ASU knocks out Utah, and places themselves firmly in CFB's upper echelon.
14 Kansas State Wildcats Not the prettiest win, but definitely got the job done!
15 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Wow, that was something. The Irish are doing a good job gaining my trust back. Éirinn go brách!
16 Boise State Broncos Boise State made that game a little too close, but they've still got an impressive resume, with a ranked win and only losing to #1.
17 SMU Mustangs SMU benefits from the fall of many of their competitors, and so the bye week effect is fortunately lessened for the Mustangs.
18 LSU Tigers Quality win for the Tigers puts them into the top 20.
19 Texas A&M Aggies The Aggies are looking dangerous this year, and could very easily rise even higher.
20 Texas Tech Red Raiders Another Texas team makes it into the top 20, this is getting almost out of hand! Some say the XII is looking bad while the SEC is looking deep. Personally, I'd reverse those evaluations.
21 Alabama Crimson Tide Alabama. Come on. This is Wisconsin's quality loss we're talking about here, and you're making it look like this? Shameful.
22 Georgia Bulldogs Georgia wins an ugly game against Mississippi State, and I wouldn't be surprised if they and Bama aren't ranked soon. Get it together.
23 Washington State Cougars Wazzu's loss against Boise State keeps looking better, and if they continue to win, maybe the Pac-12 will get playoff representation after all!
24 Iowa Hawkeyes The Hawkeyes re-enter my top 25, with chances high to rise even further!
25 Tennessee Volunteers Tennessee is finally back in the polls, making their way towards recovery from that loss to Arkansas.
