Overall Rationale: I try to avoid Poll Inertia by not doing preseason polls and doing a complete re-ranking every week. I don't look at my previous poll or previous full poll or AP poll until after I've already set my top 25 and honorable mentions, and even then, its only to check that I didn't forget a team. That does mean I am susceptible to one week overreactions or forgetting a team here and there. The SEC has a pack of 4-1's that I don't know what to do with. And the B1G has a pack of undefeateds I don't know what to do with. Others considered:Tulane, Memphis, Virginia, Duke, Syracuse, Texas Tech, Arizona State, Michigan, Rutgers, Toledo, Washington State, UL-Lafayette, LSU
