Overall Rationale: Try to match efficiency metrics with quality of wins and losses. Basically an objective ranking, with an eye test tweak. This week is interesting because my personal adjustment tends to punish bad losses more than reward good wins, and the teams with 2 losses are sometimes moving up in efficiency metrics. For now though, I'm still pushing those teams to the bottom end. Dropped out: Louisville (15, second loss, still think they were a little underrated by the general poll last week but can't find a spot after a home loss), Michigan (18, loss. Similar reason, road loss but still couldn't find a place), UNLV (25, loss). New this week: Pitt (21), Nebraska (23), Arkansas (24). Next few out, roughly in order: Utah, Illinois, Colorado, Kentucky, Washington, Michigan, Rutgers, Louisville, Texas Tech
