Overall Rationale: At its base this is a computer poll. But as I am in the process of tweaking it and will be all season, it qualifies as more of a hybrid as I will fixing egregious issues and outliers if I believe the computer is wrong (looking at you Auburn who otherwise would be 24th this week).
