Overall Rationale: Based on my FPI-like predictive model. Because the predictive model doesn't account for how deserving a team is, I adjust it with the following rules: * Undefeated teams are maintained in the relative order of the model * Teams with losses can be moved down, but not up, depending on their strength of record and the quality of their wins and losses * A team with fewer losses than another cannot be shifted below them in this process: if a team with more losses has a higher final ranking in this, that means that the computer favored them
