Overall Rationale: Try to match efficiency metrics with quality of wins and losses. Basically an objective ranking, with an eye test tweak. New this week: Texas A&M (20, Good win over another fringe ranked team, already was #27 last week), SMU (21, good win over a bad team, was already #26 last week), Kansas State (22, Good win, arizona win looks better), Boise State (23, best player in the country, close oregon loss looking better). Dropped out: Utah (10, as i moved them down for a loss I just kept finding more teams to rank above them. Efficiency numbers are horrible), UCF (17, can't get blown out at home even though I still think they're pretty good), Oklahoma State (19, 2nd loss), Illinois (24, loss). Next few out, roughly in order: Utah, Rutgers, Arizona, Iowa, Pitt, South Carolina, Nebraska, Colorado, James Madison, Illinois
