2 Alabama Crimson Tide Ryan Williams.
3 Tennessee Volunteers Will be interested in seeing that Arkansas game if for no reason that it's nice to see Tennessee play Arkansas again.
4 Ohio State Buckeyes Jeremiah Smith.
5 Georgia Bulldogs Didn't want to drop them too far since it was a close game after all. And who knows if they didn't sleep the first half.
6 Oregon Ducks Really starting to get into form now.
7 Penn State Nittany Lions Nice gritty win against a solid Illinois team.
8 Miami Hurricanes Dinged a little bit for that Houdini act. Still, survival is the name of that game.
9 Missouri Tigers Well a fellow competitor for the SEC at large race fell.
10 Michigan Wolverines Few weeks ago I regretted ranking them. I'm still not truly impressed, but that's more than I can say for a lot of the teams they jumped.
11 USC Trojans Good rebound win against Wisconsin.
12 Iowa State Cyclones Can't argue with the defense putting up a goose-egg.
13 BYU Cougars Got a little dicey this week against Baylor, but still they keep winning.
14 Ole Miss Rebels That's a bad bad loss. Blow out cupcakes but shit the bed against a team with a pulse.
15 LSU Tigers Not sure if they're good or other teams are just falling apart.
16 Clemson Tigers Well, I guess that Week 1 loss to Georgia was a wake up call and the rest of the ACC is paying the price.
17 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Welcome back, Irishmen! I am now just dumbfounded by the NIU loss, but that's a good win over Louisville.
18 Utah Utes They need to figure out that QB situation FAST.
19 Indiana Hoosiers 9WIndiana is on the table.
20 Oklahoma Sooners Who knows how long they are for this poll but good comeback over Auburn.
21 Illinois Fighting Illini Didn't punish them too far for being competitive on the road.
22 Louisville Cardinals Well we saw their first real test and they didn't pass. Still a chance to bounce back against SMU.
23 Kansas State Wildcats The K-State fan fulfilled his promise involving the burrito and the Wildcats were rewarded with a win over a ranked opponent. Just saying @321Nole
24 UNLV Rebels Well I have to say: their time at the center of the CFB news cycle was fun. And a blowout win over Fresno State to seal it is great.
25 Boise State Broncos They passed a few teams. Jeanty deserves Heisman love of course. And in the end 3-1 with the one loss being a competitive game at a top 10 team is top 25 worthy.
