Overall Rationale: There are exactly 26 undefeated FBS teams this week: 13 4-0 and 13 3-0. All are ranked except one unlucky winner, which I chose from among the 3-0 teams. That unlucky winner is James Madison - sorry, Dukes, but hanging 70 on UNC isn't enough to make me forget you beat Gardner-Webb 13-6. Sadly, this methodology does mean that no team in the country has beaten a ranked team. The top three are the only 4-0 teams who have played an all-FBS schedule.
