Overall Rationale: I use a resume based ranking for which teams have best win/s to build their resume compared with their losses. I believe that wins matter most, but also there is no such thing as a "good" loss and that all losses should hurt you. This means teams tend to have big swings early in the season as they build their resume, but by the end of the season my rankings tend to be more normalized. For this week, while I believe teams like Ohio State and Ole Miss are good this season, I just do not think we have enough evidence to support that so far based on their level of competition.
