Overall Rationale: If an alien were given a list of game results, what is the most sensical ranking of teams that could create such an outcome? Only inputs are win margin and location. More recent games are given higher weight than less recent games, to allow teams an opportunity to improve over the season. FCS games are not counted unless that FCS team has played 2 or more FBS teams, in which case it gets a provisional rating. My model is not set up to properly account for the double bye setup we have this year, so the results will unfortunately look weird further into the season than normal.
