Overall Rationale: I have two predictive models - one that predicts how many points a team will score and one that predicts if they will win or lose. I simulate every FBS team against each other in each model and average the ranks based on who wins the most and who scores the most/allows the fewest points. Occasionally if there's a team that doesn't make sense based on the eye test I'll adjust or replace them (see notes for details). Notes for this week: Memphis, Kansas State (oof), Virginia Tech, Nebraska, North Carolina (oof) dropped out.

13 Michigan Wolverines -1. Normally I'd force them above USC based on head to head result but it was a very competitive game and you could definitely argue that USC was the better team.

17 Indiana Hoosiers +24? They have blown out everyone so far so we'll see
18 Missouri Tigers -8, harsh but they've had a rough couple of weeks

23 Iowa Hawkeyes +9, as an Iowa fan I am not sure about this, offense was very much Jekyll and Hyde vs. Minnesota.
