Ballot Type: Human
Submitted: Sept. 22, 2024, 3:53 p.m.
Overall Rationale: I try to rank based mostly off performance, with light weighting put into team talent/preseason expectations. As the season goes on, preseason expectations for a team will be considered less and less. I do not take into account injuries.

Not much separation between 1-7 which I all consider top tier. All have looked mostly dominant and/or had high preseason expectations |

8-11 is my second tier of teams. All undefeated but have looked shaky at times or didn't have the preseason expectations of the top tier teams. |
