Overall Rationale: Deciding which teams to rank was a huge pain here. Any of Arizona State, UCF, Syracuse, Cal, Boston College, NC State, Illinois, Boise State, LSU, Texas A&M, and Toledo could have gotten in here, and pretty much the entire ranking right now is pretty arbitrary. Oh well. I'll be able to make better ballots in later weeks.
