Overall Rationale: Switched up my ranking methodology a bit this week. To qualify for the top 25, a team must be 3-0 and have at least one P4 win. Out of the teams that qualified, I took the top 25 from the Massey composite. I mostly ranked those teams according to their position in the composite, with a few tweaks. The tweaks were mostly directed at "weighting" the wins a team had. For example, a P4 win over a winless team (like FSU) or a team whose only win was against an FCS team (like Mississippi State) was worth less than other P4 wins, even if the team should be ranked higher. This dropped a few teams and raised a few others.
