Overall Rationale: My computer ballot begins the season as strictly a power rating and then I have a calculation to determine resume which becomes a heavier weight in the ranking as the season goes on. There is a new number 1 this week after Georgia's one point win over Kentucky dropped them to 3. I was expecting Texas to take the top spot but it is actually Alabama. I don't feel there is anything extremely noteworthy on the rest of my rankings. Maybe Michigan is a bit too high but I think they will continue to move down if they put out performances like they have last week.
