Overall Rationale: This is my computer poll which is a combination of Elo and Stats. For Stats I basically give points for points scored, take away points for points allowed, and then give points for wins ( more points for away wins, but not a ton). I then combine the stats portion with the Elo portion and get this. Its really early and some teams having played more than others will impact results. This is not going to be a very accurate poll.
