Overall Rationale: Hybrid mode begins. My computer starts without any assumptions about last season's teams. Only this season matters. So, around this week is normally when it can collaborate with a human (me) to produce a normal-looking ranking. Each week the human input amount will diminish, until the computer is doing all the talking. This week the maximum human input is 50%. The average human input was 23.5%.
