Luigiatl Ballot for 2024 Week 4

Ballot Type: Human

Submitted: Sept. 15, 2024, 9:43 a.m.

Rank Team Reason
Texas Longhorns Georgia’s struggle against Kentucky help Texas rise to first, considering how Texas has made it all look so easy so far.
Georgia Bulldogs A win is a win, but it looked sketchy long enough for Georgia to have to fall a bit.
Ohio State Buckeyes
Alabama Crimson Tide A great win over Wisconsin, although of course they’ve yet to have a truly great win yet.
Ole Miss Rebels
Tennessee Volunteers
Missouri Tigers
Penn State Nittany Lions
Oregon Ducks A good win over Oregon State, although, considering their shakiness so far, they have a bit more convincing to do.
Miami Hurricanes
USC Trojans They’ll be eager for the Michigan game next week, which could lead to a great rise or fall.
Oklahoma State Cowboys I’m really impressed by their offense. This ranking would have them winning the Big 12, although with the next two teams in a tight race with them.
Kansas State Wildcats A great win over Arizona helps them rise over Utah for the time being.
Utah Utes Utah State should have been no trouble at all, but things did look a bit shaky - can’t fault them too much, but they do drop a bit due to teams moving above them.
Oklahoma Sooners
LSU Tigers
Notre Dame Fighting Irish A complete dismantling of Purdue lets Notre Dame rise a bit, and things seem to be trending back in the right direction.
Louisville Cardinals
Michigan Wolverines USC will be a big test for this somewhat shaky team.
Iowa State Cyclones
Nebraska Cornhuskers Another nice win, although not much to move the needle.
Northern Illinois Huskies Notre Dame looks like an even more impressive win this week.
Clemson Tigers Georgia looks like a slightly worse loss this week.
Illinois Fighting Illini Kansas is looking like a less impressive win, but they’ve avoided mistakes so far, unlike some other teams.
Memphis Tigers Florida State is becoming a less impressive win by the minute, but Memphis’s good play against their previous opponents help them squeak in.
