Overall Rationale: A relatively mild slate for Week 3 leads to few changes in Week 4’s poll (props to Kentucky for trying!). I was tempted to give Texas the top spot, but the Ewers injury gives me enough pause despite the seamless transition to Arch Manning. I'm willing to wait a few weeks to determine if Texas deserves to be #1, though the Horns and Dawgs will eventually resolve the issue on the field. Arizona drops after a blowout loss on the road, while K-State gets a bump ahead of Utah for the quality win. I am also getting more nervous about the QB situation for the Utes without Rising. With BC and Arizona dropping out, NIU and Texas A&M rise to take the final two spots. Week 4 should offer some more consequential matchups, looking forward to seeing how that changes the look of the rankings, particularly in the Top Ten.
