Overall Rationale: Note: usually, my poll ignores wins over FCS teams, however because this season is a week longer than usual there are a TON of teams with a bye in the first three weeks and also an FCS game, so there is not enough data to process a full ranking without counting wins over FCS teams, so this algorithm is slightly different (and IMO worse, when there is actually enough data) than the one I'll be using for the rest of the season. Also, it's extremely scuffed in general because it's a computer poll that doesn't make any preseason assumptions and most teams have played 2 or 3 games, of which usually 1-2 have been remotely meaningful.
