Overall Rationale: The AP poll and the coaches poll are the biggest cowards for continuing to rank USC

2	Georgia Bulldogs	On the up-and-down curve of "it's so over" to "we're so back," Georgia is sitting at the most "we're so back" that they've been all year.

6	Oregon Ducks	A thorough demolishing of Utah puts them above Oklahoma and Texas, but honestly it is a toss-up between the three.
7	Oklahoma Sooners	Very tough loss, but not out of it yet. I'm putting them above Texas for the obvious reasons that the main polls decided to forget about.

9	Penn State Nittany Lions	Penn State is lucky to be alive, but they're still barely sticking around.
10	Alabama Crimson Tide	I keep my fingers crossed that finally a day of reckoning is coming for Alabama this week, but I would not be one bit surprised if they continue to win tight games.
