Overall Rationale: Computer poll that minimizes the error between predicted margin and actual margin, adjusted for home field advantage. De-weighting games affected by cheating for Michigan, which due to their SOS drops them out of the top 25. If they continue to look the same way they have thus far they will be at the top of the standings again very soon.
