Overall Rationale: Since there is no objectivity in D1A football for some reason, I am doing so as objectively as I can. Losses matter, grouped by number of losses and the best teams in each group, usually by conference after the undefeated teams. So all the undefeated are on top then 1 loss and 2 losses with the 2 loss teams just being whatever ones I wanted with 2 losses since they are eliminated anyway and there are a lot of teams so...
