Overall Rationale: This is such a wacky poll. Model works as always, no changes, though I may have to change how I weight poor wins because the Huskies really need to go down for their abysmal performances since the Oregon game.

1 Ohio State Buckeyes A win over Wisconsin and changes in the ACC landscape make my model prefer Ohio State over Florida State. Up next a surprisingly feisty (#28) Rutgers.
2 Florida State Seminoles A dominant win over Wake Forest keeps them at the top. Up next, a chance to beat up Pitt.
3 Washington Huskies Another embarrassing game for the Huskies ending in a narrow win over a FCS losing Stanford. Next real competition in a similarly defensively deficient (#37) USC.
4 Michigan Wolverines BYE week of scandal. Time to beat Purdue I guess.
5 Air Force Falcons Top 5 Air Force is finally here. After a shaky, but ultimately good win over Colorado State, their schedule is better than Georgia overall. SEC down, plus a great MW does this. Up next armed forces again with Army.
6 Georgia Bulldogs Won against an overrated Florida squad... yay! Unfortunate schedule for Georgia but the back load may be enough to help them distinguish themselves as a legitimate undefeated squad. Especially an amazing match to come against #11 Mizzou!
7 Oregon Ducks Beat up a great but injured Utah horribly. If it were not for limited undefeated protection, Oregon could easily be #4, who knows. Up next a bit of a Pac-12 breather with Berkley.
8 Penn State Nittany Lions Penn State looked terrible today, but managed to beat that scrappy and horribly coached Indiana squad. Up next a collapsing Maryland.
9 Liberty Flames Beat Western Kentucky decently. Up next La Tech though they may as well play FCS teams the rest of the season.
10 James Madison Dukes Looked poor against a surprisingly highly rated ODU. Lots of games not going ODU's way. No rest as they face (#40) Georgia State next.
11 Missouri Tigers Rest now cursed state. Up next #6 Georgia in a battle for the SEC!
12 Fresno State Bulldogs A win over a ranked UNLV gets them here. I am not giving up on the unmatched strength of the MW. Up next a Boise State that killed my favorite Cowboys.
13 Oklahoma Sooners A thriller of a loss against a solid Kansas squad shows the depth of the Big XII, or how bad it is for the haters. Drops the Sooners a decent bit. Up next an exciting Bedlam against #23 Oklahoma State.
14 Texas Longhorns A much more standard week even without Ewers against BYU. Up next a much more worrying match-up against a rising #25 KSU.
15 Alabama Crimson Tide BYE week treated them surprisingly well. Up next that one game against an LSU that now has to prove if they are not overrated.
16 Ole Miss Rebels Beat the punching bag. Up next a can't win TAMU squad.
17 Tulane Green Wave Super shaky win against Rice is okay due to other movements in the poll. Up next ECU.
18 Toledo Rockets Eh on the BYE week. Up next a surging Buffalo...
19 Louisville Cardinals Shutout my Blue Devils, but my model will not let them do anything due to an inexplicably stupid loss to Pitt. (Stupid injuries for us :( ). Up next time to show up against VT.
20 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Took their turn to avenge the Louisiville loss by destroying Pitt. Up next a collapsing Clemson.
21 Jacksonville State Gamecocks Beat up FIU. Up next an attempt at a P5 opponent with SCar. Let's see if this conference is as garbage as it appears and if SCar has a pulse.
22 UNLV Rebels Lost to Boise State in a close bout. High on the MW so they stay here. Up next New Mexico.
23 Oklahoma State Cowboys Beat Cincinatti soundly. For their attempt at #13 Oklahoma in Bedlam.
