Overall Rationale: Wins and losses matter. Same record and head-to-head win means you must be ahead. Only a handful of games, so only a handful of teams changed. Major shakeups, however, occurred near the top. Tulane is a top 10 team and Alabama isn't, and that's just facts. At the very least, everyone can agree that Tulane has a top 10 win and Alabama doesn't even have a top 20 win. Conference champions got a little extra boost this week, and a few teams made major jumps, including Utah, a team I had been lower on all year to this point. Clemson with Klubnik in is such a different team and one that is worthy of the #6 spot, and maybe even the top 5 too. Shoutout to Fresno State, a team many forgot about in the beginning of the season, and who has ripped off 8 straight wins and a conference championship. They replace North Carolina last week, the only team to drop out.
