1 Michigan Wolverines I am leaving Michigan here because my rankings don't matter for playoff matchups. I guess if I were on the committee I would either make them 2 or Ohio State 3. Surviving the Spoilermakers has to count for something, though.
2 Georgia Bulldogs
3 TCU Horned Frogs I don't think they deserve to drop any spots after the way they lost to Kansas State. And I really don't think there is a team with a better resume to put at 3.
4 Ohio State Buckeyes
5 Tennessee Volunteers
6 Alabama Crimson Tide
7 USC Trojans I can't put them lower than 7 right now. There was just one team who beat them all year, and their offense is great. If they could play any defense, they would be in the playoff.
8 Washington Huskies I slid Washington down after having conversations with people last week. I still like their wins better than Clemson's and Penn State's, but Tennessee and Alabama made it through much tougher schedules.
9 Clemson Tigers I'm not really sure if I'm ranking Clemson with DJ behind center or Cade, so they're sort of stuck at 9 for me.
10 Penn State Nittany Lions
11 Kansas State Wildcats Great win against TCU, but I can't put them higher than the two-loss teams ahead of them.
12 Utah Utes Same issue as KSU
13 Florida State Seminoles
14 Tulane Green Wave
15 LSU Tigers
16 Oregon State Beavers
17 Oregon Ducks
18 UCLA Bruins
19 Texas Longhorns
20 Notre Dame Fighting Irish

25 South Alabama Jaguars I feel bad penalizing UNC and UCF for playing in their CCGs, but they both kind of limped their way through the end of the season, and I think Mississippi State and South Alabama deserve to be in the top 25.
