Overall Rationale: Did a small amount of resume re-evaluation, but for the most part only tried to move the teams that played, and weight winning more heavily than losing for a game the rest of the teams don't have. No change to the top 25, which was mostly my plan from last week, unless UCF, UNC, or Purdue had won (my 26-28 last week).
