Overall Rationale: I try to rank based on resume, which can create some weird results. I do not base my rankings off my previous ones whatsoever, as that just leaves teams with worse resumes higher than they should be. MOV does not play much of a role in my rankings, either. I would like to note that for this week, most of my notes were copied in from last week. If there's any week poll inertia would play a part in my rankings, it's this one, but even then I suspect there will be some weird movements. There's just not that much that actually changed in the grand scheme of things, so...yeah. After bowl season, I'll return to starting completely fresh each week. The other major reason I copied over my notes from last week is that the committee poll comes out tomorrow instead of Tuesday and I don't want that influencing my rankings at all.
