Overall Rationale: Using Equivalent Wins, one of our computer metrics in r/FakeCollegeFootball. It's purely resume based, with no preseason expectations (all 131 teams start equal with each other) built in. No FCS games are counted - in the (very rare) occasion that a team with an FCS loss is getting close to the top 25, I'll manually adjust to push them back down. There are a few problem teams *cough* Troy and UTSA *cough* that I'll try to figure out the root cause and fix this offseason, because I don't like how high they ended up, but we'll see. Overall I'm pretty happy with how it performed this year.
