Overall Rationale: Composite poll utilizing a weighted system of multiple polls - the average of the 6 BCS computer polls is 40% - ESPN FPI is 20% - An average of 7 other 'auxiliary' polls is the remaining 40% Strive to be as 'data driven' as possible, without human weighting. May adjust methodology as the season goes by if some polls are introducing too many outliers or deviations. - Another note is some polls have delayed release, those polls will be omitted on weeks when they do not have updates. - Rankings may be odd in the early weeks as not enough games have been played. Note: This week I have changed the weighted percentages. I'm not agreeing with the output from the ESPN FPI results. It seems to heavily favor certain teams. I think it may come down to perceived talent, or potential. Upon review it was a singular data point that was weighted too heavily. Ballot Analysis
