2	Michigan Wolverines	Looks more consistent than tOSU so far. Stronger defense and run game overall.
3	Ohio State Buckeyes	Still the most explosive team in the country.
4	TCU Horned Frogs	Impressive win at Texas, solidly above Tennessee in the top four but not enough to leapfrog UM/tOSU.
5	Tennessee Volunteers	Good bounceback win but solidly behind the undefeateds.
6	USC Trojans	Last standing hope for the PAC.
7	LSU Tigers	Shaky win at Arkansas, will need to pray for a win in the SECCG vs Georgia.
8	Alabama Crimson Tide	Despite their losses Alabama looks like they can beat anyone (but also lose to anyone).
9	Penn State Nittany Lions	Has better losses than the Alabamas and Clemsons of the world and had a strong win over Maryland. Still didn't look nearly as competitive in the UM game as they should've, otherwise I'd have them above Bama.
10	Clemson Tigers	Notre Dame loss is too poor for them to be any higher.
11	North Carolina Tar Heels	Same as Clemson but with even shakier wins.
12	Utah Utes	Look strong but the Florida and UCLA losses are really holding them back.
13	Washington Huskies	GO DAWGS. What a win. Perenially underrated these last few weeks.
14	Oregon Ducks	Back to Earth for Bo Nix.
15	Ole Miss Rebels	Strong performance against Alabama but resume looks weak with a bad LSU loss and a Bama loss and no great wins.
16	UCLA Bruins	Terrible loss at home to Arizona.
17	Notre Dame Fighting Irish	On the rise.
18	UCF Knights	Strong start at Tulane.
19	Cincinnati Bearcats	On the rise.
20	Coastal Carolina Chanticleers	Only one loss.
21	Florida State Seminoles	Two great wins vs Miami and 'Cuse. Could be higher but those three losses in a row vs Wake, NC State, and Clemson are holding them back for me.
22	Kansas State Wildcats	Good bounceback win but looking like they should have won at home against Texas.
23	Tulane Green Wave	Bad loss.
24	Oregon State Beavers	On the rise, looking strong.
25	Illinois Fighting Illini	Bad loss.
