Overall Rationale: Got an exam this week so not too much time to give this. Resume-based decisions.

1 Georgia Bulldogs Wins over UT and Oregon. Easy enough.
2 TCU Horned Frogs Staying unbeaten in the Big 12 is more impressive than the other undefeated B1G teams.
3 Ohio State Buckeyes Easily a better non-con than Michigan, conference schedules cancel out. All will be decided 11/26.
4 Michigan Wolverines Clearly the weakest resume of the unbeatens, but everything to play for is still ahead for the Blue.
5 Tennessee Volunteers Best resume of the 1-loss teams. A CFP shot has real potential for the Vols.
6 USC Trojans No really impressive win. Games against UCLA and ND should fix that.
7 North Carolina Tar Heels Perpetually under the radar. Maye and the Heels boast a top 10 resume to this point in the season.
8 Clemson Tigers Sharing a loss to ND with UNC (but by a slightly larger margin) holds Clemson at 8
9 LSU Tigers The highest of the 2-loss teams. The Bama and Ole Miss wins are nice, though this team feels ripe for another loss to me.
10 Alabama Crimson Tide Bama gonna Bama. Seeing them in the Citrus Bowl will be weird.
11 Oregon Ducks UO, UW, and UCLA have a nice little rock-paper-scissors thing going here. Oregon is the highest because it has the best losses (lol).
12 UCLA Bruins Oof that Arizona loss hurts. This team could have been like #7 if that hadn't gone down.
13 Washington Huskies UW got a solid win but the loss to ASU holds them back
14 Penn State Nittany Lions Penn State stays below the Pac-12 trio because who has Penn St beaten? No one. But they also have better losses than anyone else left.
15 Utah Utes Don't look now but here comes Utah. The Pac-12 is fun all of a sudden.
16 Coastal Carolina Chanticleers Coastal is my lowest ranked 1-loss team, but highest G5 team. They keep winning in the SBC and I'll keep moving them up (that ODU loss is gross though)
17 Ole Miss Rebels I don't like Ole Miss. Like, fr fr. Their best win is Troy and I dunno, they ain't that great.
18 UCF Knights Clear leaders of the American. Knights should be here.
19 Cincinnati Bearcats Cincy boasts two decent losses (lol) and is keeping up in the American
20 Tulane Green Wave The win over Kansas State holds the Baja Blast in the Top 20
21 Troy Trojans Like Bud Elliot, I freaking love Troy. This team is good, and they've won me a decent stack of cash.
22 UTSA Roadrunners Continuing the parade of G5's. The Roadrunners represent CUSA's best.
23 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Dominating the ACC really helps the Irish. Losses to Marshall and Stanford are hard to forget though.
24 Kansas State Wildcats Kansas State is a force in the Big 12, and may be getting payback on TCU
25 South Alabama Jaguars This spot could have gone to Liberty or Florida State. I give it to the Jags though because their body of work is better than Liberty and they have the loss advantage on FSU.
