Overall Rationale: Poll site wasn't ready when I completed this, no look at AP poll even though it aligns pretty closely this week. I think there are a clear top 28 or so. Dropped from last week: Liberty (16, can't lose to UConn), Texas (17 - loss to good team but favored and I don't want any 4 loss teams at this point), NC State (19 - I knew it), Baylor (23 - still think they're very good, see Texas, but that was a brutal loss), Louisville (25). New this week: UCF (20), Minnesota (21), Cincinnati (22), Oregon State (23), Oklahoma State (24). Next few out, in order: Coastal Carolina, Texas, Florida, Troy, UTSA, Liberty, South Alabama, Duke
