Overall Rationale: Lots of movement this week. Created some good changes all around the poll. Top end is still seated firm as ever but the rest has been extremely elastic.

22 Texas Longhorns So much movement from last week to this week, Texas actually surged up in the poll from their loss. Big boost to SOS playing TCU, but other games worked in their favor as well. Interesting result to see them pop back up.
