Overall Rationale: Teams are assigned a tier based on their ranking (T1=1-10, T2=11-25, T3=26-50, T4=51-85, T5= 86-131). Points are gained for wins, subtracted for losses, based on the opponents tier. Small modifiers for things similar to margin of victory and Opponent record. ----- Tiers will change slightly week to week to settle numbers (ie: Tier 3 may extend to rank 53, because one team was flip flopping between rank 49 and 53, and causing other teams to go up down in points/ranking)----- If two teams are next to each other in the rankings, and have played head to head, the head to head winner will be ranked higher, regardless of points.----- Week 11----- Biggest rises: UCF (+9)----- Biggest drops: Texas (-6)----- New teams: UNC, Washington, Oregon State, Cincinnati----- Dropped from rankings: NC State; Wake Forest, Liberty, Mississippi State----- Next 5: NC State, Florida, South Alabama, Syracuse, Wake Forest-----
