Overall Rationale: A computer poll that only uses location and margin of victory to calculate power ratings. A weight is added to discount games depending on how long ago they were played, i.e. recent games are worth more. There's been really great constructive criticism of this model during the season and I plan to make a few changes in the off-season, but for consistency I did not make any changes during the season.
