Overall Rationale: I treated all the bowl games as though all the teams were 100% motivated and had at least a critical mass of their players, which is obviously a fiction, and I gave any close vote to the head-to-head winner regardless of whether I think the H2H winner is the better team. Think of it as a Season Achievement Ranking or something.
