Overall Rationale: I rank teams based on games they won. Only now are two-loss teams included due to shrinking number of one-loss teams. There is a slight bias for power conference teams as they're typically the better teams, but I give G5 teams their due if they win games over time. This poll works itself out by season's end and in the mass amount of polls, it's a small but necessary counterbalance IMO.
