Overall Rationale: More focused on the resume end of things than the "who would I bet on to win a game" poll. Therefore teams like Arkansas are going to be very high while Ohio State isn't going to be very high until they get tested again. Still some guesswork to "how good" wins are this early on in the season. One point of emphasis is going to be to try and not punish """quality losses""" as harshly this season.
